Greetings...I hope you'll take time to read a little about me.

Actually, I'm a Southern Girl,transplanted to upstate New York and then to Roanoke in 1978. I've raised 2 childeren here and can testify that the Roanoke Valley is a great place... it's even gotten better with time.

Real Estate has been my full-time career since 1980. I've won "top agent" awards year after year, which simply means that I've sold lots of homes (over 1,000) and helped hundreds of clients sell, buy, relocate, downsize, upsize, etc. etc. It's been great fun...I love my job!

Our current upside-down housing market is a challenge. During 30 years' I've seen some really bad real estate markets (18%..YIKES!). Yes, it will get better, but will take a while. In the meantime, many of my clients fact tough choices. My goal is to help them make the right moves for the times we live in.
